Q. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Q. I entered incorrect address what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Glowstick will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect delivery address.
Q. I haven't received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Please wait for 24 hrs. due to high demand. If you haven't received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at support@glowstick.us.
Q. Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Glowstick reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service at support@glowstick.us within 24 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email to start the replacement process.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently accepting online payments via Paypal and Venmo, and will soon offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You’ll see this list when you visit our checkout page.
Q. What shipping do you offer?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $85 in the United States. In addition, we offer standard shipping - $12.00 flat rate
Q. In how many days will I receive my order?
It can take from 3 to 14 days for order to be delivered depending on the location.
Q. Do you offer International shipping?
We are currently only offering shipping within the US.
